Total Performance has football training down to the finest detail, and our results speak for themselves. This program has continuously developed high school athletes into collegiate football players, and has helped less-athletic players turn into beasts. The TP Football Training program will improve your speed, agility, power, acceleration and footwork – everything you need to dominate on the field and at college camps.
Because many high school athletes do their strength training at school, we don’t include weight lifting in this program. We can, however, add strength training to any of our programs so you can get it all done in one place.
