Total Performance has combine training down to the finest detail, giving you the opportunity to get the results you want. You should already be doing your weight lifting at school 3-4 days a week, and working on football specific skills. Let Total Performance prepare you for upcoming camps and combines. Learn how to properly perform the combine specific drills, and get reps practicing them. Other areas of focus will be acceleration mechanics, change of direction, and plyometrics.
