Building a solid athletic foundation at a young age is the best way to create successful athletes. Our Youth Performance Program builds that foundation by teaching athletes 8-11 years old how to move and train properly. By taking a long term development approach, we are able to improve speed, agility, coordination and create injury-resistant athletes. The training is intense, but is done in a fun and engaging atmosphere that builds confidence and fosters important attributes like leadership, perseverance and work ethic.

The Youth Performance Program applies traditional training methods in an atmosphere that young athletes find enjoyable. Athletes will be challenged every session. The expectation is for athletes to have fun while trying training at their very hardest the entire session! The result will be a stronger, faster, and more explosive athlete who enjoys training and understands the value of hard work and dedication.
“My son started training two months ago, and WOW! What a difference. His is lighter on his feet, more agile, and I’m watching him make jump cuts in flag football that he never would have been able to make prior to training at Total Performance. I highly recommend this program to young athletes looking to improve their speed, agility, and strength.”
“”Our 9 year old daughter started participating in the Youth Performance Program a couple of months ago. She absolutely loves the training, and actually looks forward to going each time. The trainers are very knowledgeable. They are very focused, but keep it fun! This training has helped our daughter with her running form, speed, endurance and confidence. Not only have we seen the change, but other parents have noticed and asked us about it. I would (and have) recommend this program for any child that is looking to improve their athletic performance. I see it as an opportunity to help our daughter reach, not only her soccer goals, but to learn how to include well-rounded exercise into her healthy lifestyle.”
